The Program

Based on workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions, it is suitable for sales and marketing of all levels.
 

The workshops, packed with practical exercises, tips and ideas, provide the sellers with the foundation for improved sales practices, that can be taken into use immediately. 
 

Each workshop is followed by a personal 1-on-1 coaching session for each participant, to ensure the adoption and implementation of new methods and practices. 

 

The results will be systematically tracked during the program.

EXPERTISE is industry- and company specific and must be a part of anyone working in sales. Equally important are basic sales SKILLS, refined during the program and forming the base. However, to climb up the mountain - and eventually to the summit - more is needed.


At the core of any good salesperson is MINDSET, which influences everything they do. Without the right mindset, you can only go so far.



To climb higher, we must ensure the salesperson’s PERFORMANCE, wellbeing and time management skills. They are the foundational elements of the Sales Excellence program and thus incorporated from the very first workshop.

SYSTEMATICS is the last key element required for a successful journey to the summit. In sales  it means diligent use of routines, a structured approach to managing the sales process and activities.

Price examples (excl VAT and travel):

1/2 Day: 2 400 €

Full day (5-8 hrs): 3 800€

Ongoing service (for instance 4 hrs / month): 2 200€ / month

Keynote (45-60 min): 2 000€

Duration and Price

The Sales Excellence Program can be tailored from 1 to 5 workshops, depending on need, with a maximum of 10 participants. 
It can be run in English, Finnish or Swedish.

Each workshop lasts approximately 4 hours, followed by 6-8 weeks of individual 1-on-1 coaching sessions (á 1 hr) and application of new practices. 

For a full program, with Kickoff and Re-cap, the typical duration is 7-9 months. 

Fees vary from 3 900€ to 27 500€ (excl VAT and travel).
